Lorna (10) from Mayo was ‘Livin’ The Dream’ when her wish to meet Nathan Carter was granted. For Lorna, Nathan and his music are an escape from the realities of living with Rett Syndrome.
Ahead of his concert in Leisureland, Nathan met with Lorna, and her family in The Ardilaun Hotel where they enjoyed quality time together chatting, laughing and singing a few songs! Lorna’s brother, Tommy, presented Nathan with a Mayo jersey (with ‘Carter’ on the back) and also a picture of his number 1 fan… Lorna!
After a little rest, Lorna and family got to see Nathan perform live on stage. Lorna’s smile never left her face all evening! Mum told us “it was an afternoon and evening we will never forget”...
