We were delighted to grant this wish to 11-year-old Michael from Kerry! Michael is living with a life-threatening immune system disorder and wished for a family break in Center Parcs Ireland. Mum Lisa sent us this lovey note:
“We were a little worried before leaving as to how well social distancing would be managed there but I cannot sing their praises enough. Every member of staff made sure you sanitised before doing an activity or entering a public and the lodge was like walking into a brand new house.
Michael did things in Center Parcs he thought he would never do, and conquered his fears... especially the one with zip lines! We had the best time ever! We go on a sun holiday every year and Center Parcs may have changed how we feel about that! Getting granted his amazing wish has made memories that will last him a lifetime, and we will be forever grateful to Make-A-Wish for sending us there.”
