Sharon O'Connor - Wishgranting and Volunteering Lead
Sharon is from Dublin and joined Make-A-Wish as a wishgranter in August 2021. She has a strong background in working with children and families from many different backgrounds in various settings and has more recently completed a BA in Psychology. She has a passion for research and loves a challenge. Being part of the wishgranting team helps her now use those two loves in her everyday work with the bonus of it being to help children’s wishes come true.
Sharon loves music especially attending live music events. She has also recently taken up Dragon boat racing.
