Tyler (aged 16) from Co. Wexford was living with lymphoma when we granted his wish to have his very own pug. In July last year, we invited Tyler and his family to our office to meet little Spike! There was great excitement on the day and Tyler and Spike bonded immediately. In the days and weeks that followed, the two became inseparable and got up to lots of mischief together. And Tyler couldn’t get over how loudly a pug puppy could snore!
Tyler very sadly passed away at the end of August. His family have told us that even though he only got to spend 2 months with Spike, the puppy gave him great happiness. Tyler’s family continue to enjoy Spike’s mischievous company and to remember the happy moments Tyler spent with his dog.
