Leaves Pasta Magic Cookbook
Irish Pasta company, Leaves Pure Food have teamed up with some of the biggest names in the worlds of media, journalism and cooking to produce the Pasta Magic Cookbook. The brainchild of Leaves founders Nico and Sabine and kindly sponsored by SuperValu, the cookbook was produced to raise funds and awareness for the Make-A-Wish foundation. Leaves pasta is dairy, egg and gluten free!
The cookbook has 22 Pasta recipes presented by some of Ireland’s leading chefs including Kevin Dundon, Rachel Allen, Neven Maguire, Donal Skehan and Clodagh McKenna as well as contributions from Brent Pope, Norah Casey, Laura Bermingham, Alison Canavan, Bobby Kerr, Lucy Kennedy, Jackie Lavin, Lorraine Keane, Peter Devlin, Ken Doherty, Indy Power and Tony Keogh.
100% of the proceeds from the sale of this cookbook go to Make-A-Wish. Each cookbook costs €8 including postage.
