ARNOTTS CHARITY DAY - 8TH DECEMBER

To celebrate 8th December, the traditional Irish Christmas Shopping Day, Arnotts, Ireland's longest established department store, has devised a unique charity initiative - the first of it's type in Ireland. Arnotts has teamed up with charity website www.ammado.com to give a EUR20 charity voucher to customers with every purchase over EUR100 on that day. This voucher can then be used to donate to a charity of their choice.

Jonathan Sexton and Miriam O'Callaghan helped to launch the Arnotts Charity Day - Arnotts will be inviting 6 partner charities to host stands in the store on the day to encourage shoppers to redeem their vouchers and to spread the word about the charitable projects currently taking place.

Barnardos, Barrettstown, Concern, International Orphanage Development Programme, Make-A-Wish and St.Vincent de Paul will be in-store on 8th December.
