We want you to be delighted with every purchase you make from Make –A-Wish. However in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly replace or refund any defective merchandise. If you are unhappy with the quality of any item please call 01-2952012 before returning the item.
You may return any item with postage paid within 7 working days of your receipt of the items.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
